Usme · Last updated 18 August 2026
These terms cover your use of the Usme iOS app, made by Emrah Sayın. Installing or using the app means you accept them.
Usme stores things you choose to record, uses AI models to identify the people, projects, and commitments in them, and answers your questions about them with references to the memories the answer came from. How it handles your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Usme is free to use. The free tier includes 100 memories understood per month and 10 questions per day. Everything you capture is stored and searchable regardless of those limits — the limits apply to the AI processing, never to your ability to save or find something.
Usme Pro removes both limits. It is offered as an auto-renewing subscription:
Refunds are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store, not by us.
Everything you record stays yours. You grant no licence to it beyond what is needed to run the app for you: storing it on your device, and sending the relevant text to the AI providers named in the Privacy Policy so a memory can be understood or a question answered.
Usme answers using AI models. Those models can misread a memory, miss one, or state something with more confidence than it deserves. Every answer shows the memories it came from precisely so you can check.
Do not rely on Usme as your only record of anything that matters — medical, legal, financial, or otherwise. Reminders depend on iOS delivering notifications and on a commitment having been correctly extracted in the first place; neither is guaranteed, and a missed reminder is not our responsibility.
Your memories live on your device. Deleting the app deletes them. There is no server-side copy we can restore for you, and device backups are your own arrangement with Apple.
Do not use Usme to store or process content that is unlawful, or that you have no right to hold. Do not attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent the usage limits or the service that supports the app.
Capture, storage, search, and reminders work with no network connection. Features that need AI processing depend on services we do not control and may be unavailable or change. We may modify or discontinue parts of the service; where a change materially reduces what a paid subscription provides, you may cancel and seek a refund through Apple.
Usme is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost data, or for anything arising from reliance on a generated answer or a missed reminder. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and if you are a consumer your statutory rights are unaffected.
These terms may change. The date at the top reflects the current version, and continuing to use the app after a change means accepting it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the mandatory law of your own country of residence.
